Connect Sellerfox with Amazon

For Sellerfox to work, it is necessary to connect your Sellerfox account with your Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Ads account.

Connect Amazon Seller Central account:

Open Sellerfox > Settings > Connections
Click "Authorize Seller Central"
You will be redirected to Amazon. Follow the workflow and click "Confirm" to authorize Sellerfox as an app for your Seller Central account.

Connect Amazon Ads account:

Open Sellerfox > Settings > Connections
Click "Authorize Amazon Ads Account"
You will be redirected to Amazon. Follow the workflow and click "Authorize" to authorize Sellerfox as an app for your Amazon Ads account.

In this help article we explain how you can change your KPIs and metrics and create ans work with KPI sets.

How to change KPIs

When you are in the "KPI Overview" view you can change the KPIs that are shown in the table the following way:

Click the "Options" button in the upper right corner of the table
Click "Edit KPI selection"
Select and/or de-select the KPIs
You can move KPIs up and down to see them in the beginning/end of the table.

How to work with KPI sets

You can save your selected KPIs as KPI set. This way you can quick select it easily and have it ready across all tabs and products.

You can save your selected KPIs by clicking the "Options" button and then clicking "Save KPI selection". Then enter a name for the KPI set and click "Save new KPI set"

You can also create a KPI set by clicking on the dropdown for KPI sets and then by clicking "+ New KPI set".

Keyword Tracking

In this help article we explain how keyword tracking works in Sellerfox and how you can set it up.

How keyword tracking works in Sellerfox

In Sellerfox we track on keyword level. This means you only have to enter a keyword once and we track all your ASINs that rank for that keyword.
We track the first search results page. If your product ranks worse than page 1 (page 2,3,4, …), then it will not be included in the keyword tracking.

We track organic, sponsored and overall ranking.

Organic: ranking counting in the organic slots
Sponsored: ranking counting in the sponsored products ad slots
Overall: overall ranking counting in all visible products slots on the search results page

We also measure the occurencess of your products on the search results page. This metric tells you how many of the available slots your products occupy on the SERP. We measure occurencess overall and occurencess sponsored.

Example: There are 4 top of search ad slots on the search results page and your product has an organic rank of 3 and a sponsored rank of 2. Then the search results page looks like this:

Events-Feature

In this help article we explain how our events feature works and how to set up events.

How does the event feature help me?

Events are displayed directly in the chart. This allows you to quickly see correlations between an event and a change in the metrics.

For example, if you change the images on the Amazon listing, this is automatically captured as an event. This is shown in the chart as a vertical line. You can then easily see if and how the change in images has affected your metrics such as conversion rate or sales.

What are "Events"?

By events, we mean events and changes that occur on a listing, for example. It can be a change from price, title, image, loss of buy box. (Many of these events are automatically recorded by Sellerfox - more about that here: Automatically tracked events). But it could also be, for example, an external marketing action that you want to manually store as an event in Sellerfox.

Show events in the diagram

If there is an event for the selected product in the period under consideration, it will be displayed as a vertical line in the diagram. If the event extends over a period of time, it will be highlighted in gray.

Show/hide events in the diagram

You can change the display of the events. To do so, simply click on "Advanced chart settings".
